Good Hotel and Friendly Staff.
You will be a little far away from major attractions but you can easily rent a bike to go around.
I enjoyed my stay there.
There's scenic routes around the hotel and great restaurants and a level eleven convenience store right next door to the hotel.

Horrible! Right next to the hotel is a so-called 24-hour dance studio, which is so loud that the windows vibrate. It's impossible to sleep or generally relax. The rooms also have mold stains on the walls and the furniture is falling apart. On top of that, the rooms are infested with ants, which is no surprise given the condition of the hotel. All in all, a bad experience.

A nice, spacious room, no balcony. The windows overlook the roadway. There is a bar in front of us, where music plays until one in the morning. We were very tired during the day, so it did not prevent us from sleeping. There are ants running around the room, so you can't leave food on the table, you have to put it in the refrigerator right away. The water smells of chlorine, apparently they clean it that way.
